Honey Dijon Pork Chops
The tangy sauce is delicious.

Serves 2

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
2 ea Thick cut pork chops about 3/4 inch thick
1 Tb Olive oil
2 Tsp Seasoned salt
1/4 C Balsamic vinegar
2 Tb Honey
2 Tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tsp Thyme - dried


Instructions

Preheat oven to 375. Heat oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium high. Season pork chops on both sides and brown about 1 - 2 minutes per side. Meanwhile mix together honey, mustard, vinegar and thyme. Pour over chops and transfer to the oven to bake about 8 minutes or until cooked through.
