Serve over steamed rice or noodles with a side dish of steamed vegetables.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
4 ea Pork loin chops, 1/2 " to 3/4 " thick
1 ea Medium onion, sliced
1 Can Golden mushroom soup
1/2 C Almonds - pecans or cashews, slivered
1/4 C Milk

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a rectangle baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange pork loin chops in a dish in single layer. Arrange sliced onion evenly over chops. Stir together mushroom soup and milk until well blended; pour over meat. Cover with foil and bake 30 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with slivered nuts. Bake additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until meat is done. NOTE: This can be prepared earlier in the day, or on another day and even frozen for a panic meal.
