Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown pork chops and sprinkle with seasoned salt; set aside. Combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper, salt. Stir in
potatoes, 1/2 C cheese and 1/2 of fried onions. Spoon this in a 9X13 or two 8 X 8 baking dish. Arrange pork chops over potatoes. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and
fried onions and bake uncovered for 10 more minutes. NOTE: If you plan on freezing one of the 8 X 8 pans, cover tightly with aluminum foil, put in ziploc and place extra cheese and fried onions in another
ziploc bag. Put cheese and onion bag in with the dish and freeze for later cooking. Write cooking time and oven temperature on ziploc or aluminum foil on 8 X 8 pan.
