Pork Chops In Ginger Ale
Great alternative to regular pork chops.

Instructions
In a skillet, sauté onions in 1/2 C butter until golden brown. Remove and place into 2 quart oblong baking dish. In same skillet, brown pork chops
in remaining butter over medium heat. Remove and place on top of onions. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Blend tomato puree, or chili sauce for more kick, and flour in small bowl. Add ginger ale and stir.
Pour mixture over pork chops. Sprinkle generously with salt and pepper and bake at 350 degrees for one hour or until chops are done - test with fork to be sure.
