Pork Chops In Tangy Marmalade Sauce
Delicious and quick! Serve with a salad and some crusty bread to sop up the delicious sauce.

Serves 2

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
3/4 lb Pork chops - thin cut - boneless
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 Tb Butter
1/4 C Orange marmalade
2 Tb Dijon mustard
1/4 C Chicken stock
1 Tb Lemon juice


Instructions

Season pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. In a skillet over medium high heat, cook pork chops in butter until almost done about 8 minutes. Remove pork chop and keep warm. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until well combined. Return pork chops to pan, simmer a moment and serve.
