Tangy Mustard Pork Chops
A state fair winner!

Serves 8

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
8 ea Pork chops
1/3 C Red wine vinegar
1/4 C Brown sugar
1/4 C Mustard
1 ea Egg, beaten


Instructions

In a bowl, dissolve brown sugar in vinegar. Stir in beaten egg and mustard. Generously coat both sides of chops with mixture and grill 10 minutes on both sides or until done.
