Zesty Pork Chops
Looking for a complete meal made on the grill? Serve pork chops with zucchini lengthwise in half, brush with oil, season with salt and pepper and cook with the pork chops. Add buttered french bread during the last 3 to 5 minutes, and you have your whole dinner!

Serves 6

Ingredients

2/3 C Brown sugar, packed
1/4 C Horseradish - prepared
1 Tb Lemon juice
6 ea Pork chops, about 1/2 inch thick, about 1 1/4 pounds


Instructions

Heat coals or gas grill. Heat brown sugar, horseradish and lemon juice to boiling in saucepan, stirring constantly. Brush on pork. Cover and grill pork for 15 minutes, turning once, until hot. Serve remaining sauce with pork.
