Cornbread
Southern-style cornbread, easy recipe.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
3 Tb Oil
2 C Self-rising corn meal
1 1/2 C Milk
1 ea Egg


Instructions

Temp: 425 Time: 25 min. Pan: Small Iron Skillet or 8x8 square

1. Coat pan w/oil.

2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into pan.

3. Bake as noted, or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
