Lemon Cream Pasta with Shrimp
Decadently creamy, yet fresh and filling, this recipe is divine.

Serves 4

Ingredients

Qty Unit Ingredient
1 lb Shrimp - medium - peeled and deveined
1 lb Fettuccine
2 Tsp Lemon zest
3 Tb Lemon juice - fresh
1 C Cream
1 C Parmesan cheese - grated
1 Tsp Salt
1/2 Tsp Black pepper
2 Tb Butter


Instructions

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil covered. In a skillet on low heat, melt butter. Add cream, lemon and zest and warm until heated through. Do not boil.

When the pasta water boils cook pasta according to package directions. Add shrimp for the last 5 minutes. Combine drained pasta and shrimp with sauce, salt, pepper, cheese and serve.
