Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare pasta according to package directions and drain. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium heat and add the
oregano, salt, red pepper, shrimp and garlic. Saute until the shrimp starts to turn pink about 3 minutes. If using chicken or fish saute until it is almost cooked through. Spray a 9X13 pan with cooking
spary and put shrimp mixture into pan.
Add the wine to the skillet and cook over low heat until it has reduced by half, about 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in the tomatoes and pour tomatoes and wine
over teh shrimp. Spinkle with cheese and bake for 10 minutes. Serve shrimp over the linguine.
