Shrimp, Orange and Spinach Salad
This is an awesome main dish salad that is perfect for a hot summer evening. Eat it on the deck with a glass of chardonnay.

Instructions
Whisk together honey, mustard, juice, vinegar, salt and pepper. Toss with spinach and plate. Top with onion, oranges, cucumbers, shrimp, and
almonds; serve.
